Cold Lake Entertainment Society Musical Arts Scholarships

Audience: Instrumentalists, vocalists, composers and other related talent in the MD of Bonnyville between the ages of 16-28.

Eligibility:  Students entering into their first or second year of a post secondary program who intend to make music a central part of their future life in various musical arts areas including but not limited to vocal, instrumental, composing, technical support dance.  The scholarship may be used for any education-related expense.  Proof of enrolment must be received prior to the release of funds.

Interpipeline Fund Discovery Awards Program

Audience: A student from Bonnyville or Cold Lake who is graduating this year.
Sponsored by: Alberta Association of Municipal Districts and Counties
Eligibility: The Counselor or Principal of the school must recommend one person from the student body who has demonstrated consistent academic achievement and has contributed to his or her school or community.  The student must be accepted into a post-secondary institution for one of the following industry related programs:  accounting, business, finance, investor relations, machinist, millwright, welder apprenticeships, community relations, automated systems engineering technology, industrial instrumentation technology, engineering and engineering technology, instrument mechanic, process operations, welding or engineering technology.

Audience: students graduating grade 12

Eligibility: A student undertaking post secondary study in the field of medicine. Should such a candidate not be available, the scholarship may be awarded to another student at the discretion of the selection committee.
